MeadowRidge, a private community where each condominium is owner occupied or leased by owners. We are not an apartment complex. We offer 1b 1ba 800 sq ft condos, 2b 1.5ba 1188 sq ft and 2b 2ba 1280 sq ft condominium homes. Each home has it's own W/D hookups. And all have a private patio or balcony. Local Area
Located in the heart of Coppell, Texas, this community is an ideal location to make your new home! Whether you have kids of any age or would like to live on the outskirts of Dallas yet still within a reasonable distance of downtown, this community is for you. New Tech High @ Coppell for high school students is a short walk away, and middle school and elementary schools are a few blocks away. The Spanish Schoolhouse for a daycare option is just around the corner too! For recreational activities, Andrew Brown Park is just down the street on Parkway Blvd. The park is divided into 3 segments and features wide open fields, beautiful lakes and great trails to hike on.
